Spemocean Pte Ltd is a Recruitment Specialist to the Oil & Gas Industry headquartered in Singapore.

Due to recent expansion and huge projects being undertaken with an increase of volume of positions we are working on, we have requirements for several experienced RECRUITMENT cum BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS to join our offices in Abu Dhabi and Qatar - SPEM OCEAN MIDDLE EAST OIL AND GAS WELL DRILLING L.L.C.

Our client base includes Oil and Gas Drilling Contractors Offshore and Onshore as well as Major EPC Companies in the Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES (But Not Limited To)

• Manage Client Acounts and Service Recruitment requirements in a professional manner. Utilise various external platforms, resources, job boards, referrals, social media etc as well as in-house database to source suitable candidates.
• Prospecting new clients and candidates via telephone etc
• Interviewing and screening candidates via telephone or face to face
• Manage client and candidate relationships
• Work towards activities and revenue targets which are KPI based

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates would be for individuals with a combination of the following experience: -

• Candidates will have come from an agency Background where they will have previous experience working as a 360 Recruiter Developing Business and Filling Roles.
• Will be required to oversee delivery of contract requirements, staff / perm requirements for single sourced vacancies, bulk vacancies and international recruitment campaigns.
• Have Managed Large Accounts in their career in the capacity of Account Manager / Delivery Manager ensuring delivery of candidate CV's is being profiled within agreed timescales and to high quality standards.
• Sales Orientated
• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in a target-driven sales role
• Entrepreneurial mind set and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High degree of integrity and ethical values.
• Candidates applying for this role should be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in the English language.
