We are looking for a Civil Project Manager H/F.

Position details

For an hospital construction project, as a Civil Project Manager will be in charge of :

• Partner with external professionals to manage the design phases.
• Develop and integrate design specifications and / or procurement and support brochures.
• Contact the different parts of the purchasing unit, in order to obtain the samples requested by the customer and corresponding to the technical requirements;
• Supervise of the completion and verification of the technical correspondence from the supply to the specifications, once the order has been placed with the supplier;
• Help The Project Manager In the processing of the request for technical and economic variations against the customer and the site in the modification of variants required by the subcontractors;
• Gather all the necessary documents to allow Project Manager The preparation of reservations or claims in progress to the Client.

Starting ASAP

Our client finished design phase and he is starting construction phase.

Rotations status : 70 days on * 15 days off

Profile

You have a Civil Engineer background with at least 10 years of experience as Project Manager on an international construction projects in hospital, clinical…

Fluent in English.

Location: Sint Maarten (Dutch side)
