Our multi national client is a performance additives and intermediates business. Offering a broad array of products that feed into diverse applications including pharmaceuticals; plastics; oil and gas; and tires, among many others. They create solutions that provide formulators and manufacturers with the ability to increase efficacy, efficiency, productivity, and purity in countless industrial and consumer goods.

French and English speaking is essential - to work alongside Engineering Manager.

Project management (preliminary phase, follow-up studies, construction and start-up, closing):

Phase 1 (preliminary phase)

• Collect the DDM and the initial request
• Define the contours of the project and the different work packages
• Prepare the overall strategy (issues, difficulties, interfaces, risks, stakeholders ...
• List the preliminary risks (PRI), quantify them and propose solutions
• Establish a global schedule (preliminary phase included), a budget and the corresponding solution for validation (summary)
• Establish an associated resource plan
• Write the various specifications (summary) for a quote request
• Collect input elements: calculation notes, existing plans, specifications ..
• Establish budget and cash flow (accuracy at 25%)

Phase 2 (Project Management)

• Validate phase 1: Kick off
• Complete the CAR (reason for the investment, history, alternatives, scope envisaged, payback ...)
• Prepare the planning studies and construction at a level 3 of detail on MS project
• Finalize the detailed budget (10% accuracy
• Follow the budget (forecast in the budget sheet) and schedule (follow-up curve)
• Place purchase requisitions in our ERP (SAP)
• Organize project reviews and meetings and formalize them in a CRR
• Organize the selection of subcontractors on tangible facts (comparison table)
• Organize internal reviews and make CRRs
• Track order receipts in our ERP (SAP)
• Prepare and / or have the new plans made (list to validate)
• With the help of the purchasing department: follow-up of the files with the suppliers.
• Prepare the site monitoring file: Security: PDP and others / Quality
• Review risk and risk responses during project (risk analysis and planned mitigation)
• Inform, review and document deviations during the project (scope, budget, planning and risks)
• Establish work permits and follow the construction site during the construction phase
• Manage nonconformities (studies, suppliers, site editing ... and report
• Validate the works by inspection sheet
• Update the impacted documents (lay-out, PID, lists ...)
• Follow and update all project management documents: Quality, planning, database, specifications, communication, CRR, security doc, audit ....
• Collect and compile quality records builders and suppliers
• Assist the production during the start-up.

Phase 3 (close)

• Archive documents in database
• Clean the project file
• Close the project
• Follow the reserves (all types) Internal and external
• Establish a list
• Sign receptions
• Capitalize (KPI, Photos, schedule / budget as build, highlights, endorsements, reserve list, malfunction
• Capitalization meeting Regular and permanent tasks on demand and on site modifications: Update of documents (non-project)
• Update of PIDs on AutoCAD suites at DDM
• Updated plans on AutoCAD suites at DDM
• Updating an updated PID list: Revision index, date.
• Updated list of plans: Revision index, date ...
• Archive the documents "as build" and manage the old revision in the database
