Responsibilities:

• To engage on all technical aspects of Process Engineering work such as development of process design criteria, preparation of engineering calculations and studies, development of process simulations, PFD's, Heat and Mass balance using process modeling software, P&ID's, Line Lists, equipment sizing and specifications, hydraulic analysis and report writing;

• To develop or assist process data sheets and input to the preparation of instrument and equipment datasheet and specifications;

• To assist with developing process operating philosophy, control narratives and maintenance manuals;

• To participate in project internal & external meetings, inter-discipline and vendor documentation review and approval;

• To participate in the Worley Quality Improvement, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs;

• To assist with preparation of Project Reports;

• To assist with preparation of requests for bids and qualifying vendors;

• Provide process support to other disciplines;

• Site travel as required by project;
  

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

• 2-3 years overall experience with at least 2 years of design experience preferably in the Minerals, Mining and Metals industry

• Operations experience is a definite asset.

• Ability to work with process simulation software and advanced Microsoft Office skills is a definite asset

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills combined with a focus on customer service.

• A self-starter with a passion for problem solving, the ability to work collaboratively as part of an integrated team and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Flexibility to travel and work on site when required;

Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

Required:

• A degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering or other relevant engineering programs;
• P. Eng. accreditation or eligibility;
