The Role:
Contract: 6 months
Location: Calgary, AB


This is a Functional BA role for SAP HR and SuccessFactors. Looking for a resource that is experienced in SAP SuccessFactors(SF) in particular Learning Management (LMS) Module of SuccessFactors.

Experience
• SF modules (LMS, Onboarding, Recruitment,…) - Required
• Core SAP ECC HR module – Strong asset

Core Responsibilities: The SAP Functional Analyst has strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization areas in SuccessFactors (LMS/Recruitment/Onboarding/..Modules). Understanding of SAP ECC configuration and customization areas is a huge asset as well. Works with other functional team members, as well as with the development team in design, build, and implementation of solutions for business units in SAP. Works closely with the business team to understand project / enhancement requirements, and with the SAP Technical / Development team to deliver these. Recommends new solutions to business issues and requirements. Develops functional specifications, test plans, and training materials as needed. Decision Making: Operates more independently, decisions range from those governed by general policy to those on technical or complex issues within authorized limits. Duties: Assist in gathering business requirements Provide user support in relevant SAP functional area Help educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Support clients through decision making and process design Configure SAP components spanning across multiple functions to meet business needs Prepare documentation and training materials as needed Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines Ensure the quality of deliverables meet expectations Act as a subject matter expert on project
